Today was the Open House at Ellis' new preschool (Des Moines Science Center Preschool) she'll start in the fall. It was very exciting for her and she loved it! So much so she ran off to play, not even looking back. my heart is breaking already!. She got to do fun science projects, play with the sand/water table and watch hermit crabs. Then on the way home she picked out a new dinosaur from the gift shop. Dinosaurs are her new favorite thing (I guess as long as she still loves Barbies and Dancing with the Stars I'm ok with it).
My good friends from work, Debbie & Keesia. Their kiddos will also be going to school at the Science Center. Debbie's little girl, Addie, will be in Ellis' class. Notice Ellis is missing from the photo--we couldn't pry her away from the sand table.
