Yep, we're still alive and kicking! However, my blogging took a backseat with life obligations taking the front seat. Making a committment moving forward to update the blog at least once a month (I guess this means I'll have to break away from Facebook for a few minutes each month...oy boy!). In the meantime, I'm going to update the blog by month to cover the last 6 month hiatus.

OK, Dina's parents got her a musical card for her Birthday this year, and Ellis has really taken to it. I think that we need to get her a CD player for her room !!!!
...this is what happens when Daddy is out of town and Mommy is on the phone. My little angels stripped down, helped themselves to snacks (then proceeded to drop them all over the floor), with one in the high chair and the other on the recycling bin. Notice how innocent they look? Little did I know that the rest of the day would continue to spin out of control.
In mid-November, we had a 70 degree day that was so beautiful you knew you had to embrace it. It was destined to be our last with winter coming and because it's so rare for this time of year. We packed up the "fam van" and headed to Big Creek Lake for the morning. It was a picture perfect day and the kids had so much fun!
Why is it so darn hard to get one decent shot of your kids for a simple Christmas card picture? You can get good ones of them separately, a great one of them with the lovely flash in the background or a shot of both with one looking great and the other with her eyes closed? Here are some updated pics of the girls taken Sunday when Mommy forced them to pose endlessly.
