If we didn't already know we had the greatest daycare provider around, then this would have done the trick! Today was the annual Easter Egg Hunt/Party at Julie & Dale's house. The kids got to take part in the best hunt we've ever seen. Then they got to play in the bouncy castle and with Julie's new baby chicks. The girls had a great time!
For right now anyway and it's McDonald's Play Place. Poor little soul hadn't been to a McDonald's Play Space until recently (aren't we awful parents?)and now she's madly in love and asks to go around 20x a day. Friday night we asked her what she was going to order to eat and she said very matter-of-factly,"I'm not going there to eat. I'm going there to play."
The second Gibbons' baby will now be the proud owner of a passport. We registered for Leight's passport today (and not a day to soon to head to Ireland in 5 wks!). Had to share the passport photo we took ourselves. Bad Mommy, had her in her pj's post-bath for the pic not even thinking it would show in the photo. Don't worry Nana G, we've been assured it will be here within 3 weeks.
The JDRF Walk (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) held their annual "Walk for a Cure" last month. It was a 2 mile walk and had a huge turnout. We raised $160!
